How a build goes
Bob’s waterfall: about three days, start to finish.
“One day to prepare and lay out the site, another to have water flowing, and a quick return for fine-tuning.” Bigger projects take longer; you’ll get a straight timeline with your free quote.
Day1
Lay it out & dig
We mark the shape, check the view from the house, and dig.
Day2
Water flowing
Liner, rock, plumbing and plants go in, and the waterfall starts running.
Then+1
Fine-tuning
A quick return visit to adjust the rocks and the flow until it sounds right.
After dark
Flip the switch.
Underwater and landscape lights turn a pond into the best seat in the yard after sunset. Low-voltage LEDs on a photocell timer, so the show starts on its own at dusk.

Fall: beat the leaves
- Net the pond before the leaves drop. It’s the easiest clean-out you’ll ever skip.
- Switch to cold-water bacteria as the nights get colder.
- Cut back water plants and empty the skimmer often.
- Feed less as the water cools, and stop below about 50°F.
